Spring Special 

Alpaca Trekking - £45 per person (inclusive of VAT).

All year round on Wednesday to Sunday (inclusive) we are offering a 1 hour trek together , with a choice of sandwich, accompanied by Tortilla chips and side salad in the Bistro at Haguelands Farm. The daily treks are at 10 am and 1 pm.

Trekking with us is a wonderful way to get the feel of Romney Marsh, the dykes, the farmland, crops and it is a unique time with our alpacas to learn more about them.

Alpacas make ideal partners for trekking for all ages, groups, singles, special occasions and it is great for families (children under 14 are very welcome but they must be closely supervised by a responsible adult at all times and will share an alpaca with an adult).

Trekking

The alpacas we use are halter trained, gentle, sensitive and inquisitive - which leads to fun and laughter and they get as much pleasure from the trek as you will.

Each walk is tailor made to make it a special experience , our treks take approximately 1 ½ hours (but please allow 2 hours), the ideal time to start is 10 am. For more enjoyment you can have a choice of delicious picnics to follow the trek, these are prepared by The Bistro at Haguelands.

When you come to visit the alpacas please remember we are a farm, so please do dress accordingly, suitable shoes or wellies and warm clothing as appropriate.
