Delivery

All of the orders placed and received online are processed Tuesday to Friday each week. Next Day Delivery is only eligible on orders processed before midday and Next Day Delivery needs to be selected during the checkout process.

If you place an order for Next Day Delivery on a Friday after midday, please be aware that your order will be processed and despatched Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.

Shipping alpaca stationery overseas

We love to send our products to other countries and will happily accommodate this request. Any customs or import duties charged once the order reaches its destination country, must be paid by the recipient of the order. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
